I feel a sense of duty to advise the people at [certain] times regarding the troubles and entanglements of the Muslims. [And] perhaps the people will themselves sense their duty, and perhaps they will come to the forefront and they will help their Muslim brethren to the extent that they can, even if it is via the method of Tabligh, [or] help by way of the telegraph (i.e. media), [or] even via [a piece of] paper.
