America and the three European countries didn’t fulfil any of their JCPOA commitments. Only during a very short period of time during the beginning did they temporarily lift some, but not all sanctions. Then they restored sanctions and later on, they even increased them; they increased them by around two to three times. Therefore, they do not have the right to set the terms and conditions in this regard.
